This is such good information I wanted to share with all of you. These important steps should be a good learning tool all through life:

Become genuinely interested in other people

Smile

Remember that a persons name is to him/her the sweetest and most important sound in any language.

Be a good listener. Encourage others to talk about themselves

Talk in terms of the other person’s interest.  Make the other person feel important – and do it sincerely

    Over the years, Diane has placed many physicians that I have worked with in homes that were perfect! She has the talent of knowing how to treat Physicians professionally but more importantly knows how to listen to their needs and find the perfect home!

    I recommend her with no hesitation!
